Melinda Ritz Interiors strives to create thoughtful, beautiful interiors that inspire you daily and we find you the most functional and elegant solutions as we navigate through the stages of design. We provide an on-site consultation, including a new furniture plan, color story, and mood boards per room.

Interior Design Installation
We provide services for on-site receiving and installation of merchandise, logistics and scheduling, working with the installation teams. on-site placement and arrangement of furnishings, library design and accessorizing. Installer services billed directly to the client from the installer at cost.

Architectural Planning and Conceptual Design
The quality of the product depends on the intellect and experience of the client and their commitment to the process. This process involves interior architecture, interior decoration, selection of furniture finishes and equipment, finish selections and samples, narrative presentations, furniture selections, and landscape design.

E-Design Consulting
Are you located somewhere further away? Do you prefer to maintain some social distancing? Or do you need more flexibility with your time and current schedule? No problem. We also provide interior design consultations and can advise you remotely using Zoom meetings.

Purchasing Services
We have a purchasing system for furniture, finishes, textiles and materials, draperies, carpets, materials, lighting, custom fabrications, installations, table top and entertaining, garden, and exterior items.

Purging and Rearranging
We take a look at the current arrangement of furniture and start moving things around, and maybe out. We investigate and advise on how to better present your collections and artwork while working to achieve a fresh look with little investment. We help you live a cleaner, fresher, more organized, and streamlined life so you are able to entertain your friends with confidence and enjoy the comforts of your home. Handyman and movers at cost.

Merchandise and Installations
There is a 35% markup for the cost of merchandise and installations. This includes sourcing, wholesale pricing or best pricing at 35% markup, proposal creation for client approval, invoicing for purchases, creating purchase orders to manufacturers for custom orders, tracking of items to various vendors, inventory of items received, logistics, management, and installation coordination.

House Management Consultation
Our clients understand the importance of living in a clean, organized, and highly maintained environment which upholds value of the property and its contents over time. While working with you, your house staff, and assistants, we can teach protocols for maintaining your valuable assets. We help you understand the ultimate potential of the house, how to entertain within the house, how to clean and preserve your collections, and how to properly utilize serve ware and pantry organization. We teach you how to serve and entertain your guests in a vibrant and elegant way which reflects who you are and how you want your guests to feel about their experience with you.

We will create and prepare manuals to keep inventories, provide service vendor information, and document consistent protocols for cleaning and maintaining your place of residence throughout the years. Our recommendations are based on the thought process which evolves during the design of the house and how we believe the house will serve you best over time.
